At Vital Pearl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare or haircare products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at complaint@vitalpearl.store

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
